Always a good experience

Good quality, a bit slow on shipping
I ordered the Mohair Cardigan during the archive sale. The quality is definitely there, very soft and the stitching looks solid. It's a really nice piece. However, it took about 10 days for it to actually ship out after I placed the order, then another 4 days to reach me in California. I get that sales can be busy, but that felt a little slow compared to other luxury brands I've ordered from. The packaging was good though, everything arrived safe. Price was decent for the quality, especially with the sale discount.
